2. Object
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of online training courses offered by Bohoviesova via her website.
3. Products and services
Tanya Gashchenko offers training courses, access to private Telegram groups, and various types of services.
Each element is described in detail: content, objectives, duration, and access methods.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Bohoviesova reserves the right to change her prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order. No additional charges will be incurred without prior notice and explicit confirmation from the customer.
5. Orders
The order is considered final after payment confirmation. All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are:

Payments are secured via the Stripe platform. Bohoviesova never has access to the customer’s bank details.
7. Access to training courses
Access to online training is provided electronically, within a maximum of 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Access is:
- Strictly personal
- Non-transferable
- For private use only
Any sharing of access, unauthorized distribution, or misuse may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
Unless otherwise stated, access to the training courses is granted for an unlimited period.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer generally has fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when:
- The work began with the client’s express prior consent;
- the client acknowledged waiving their right of withdrawal.
By validating their order and immediately accessing the training, the customer expressly accepts the immediate execution of the digital content and waives their right of withdrawal.
9. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after access to the digital content, except in the case of a proven technical problem preventing access to the training and which is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
All requests must be sent by email to the address indicated in Article 1.
10. Responsibility
The services offered by Bohoviesova relate to personal development and well-being.
They do not constitute, in any way:
- Medical advice,
- a diagnosis,
- treatment,
- nor psychological or therapeutic support.
The client remains solely responsible for the use of the information and practices provided. Bohoviesova cannot be held liable for the results, as these depend on the client’s personal involvement.
Tanya Gashenko’s liability is in any event limited to direct damages, excluding any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Intellectual property
All content (texts, videos, educational materials, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customers are encouraged to consult the privacy policy available on the website to learn how their data is processed.
13. Unforeseen circumstances
Bohoviesova cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of her obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by Belgian case law.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If an amicable agreement cannot be reached:
- Consumers may bring their claims before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law;
- for business clients, only the courts of the judicial district of Liège shall have jurisdiction.
